Georgia Senate: Ossoff's Fundraising Scale
Jon Ossoff, the Democrat in the Georgia Senate race, reported total receipts of $115,904,485.77, the largest haul in this batch of filings by a wide margin. He has spent $105,760,716.56 to date, leaving $15,134,335.92 in cash on hand — a double-digit spend rate that reflects a campaign running at national-race scale with ten days left before the November 3 election.
Ohio Senate: Brown and Husted Both Report Heavy Burn
In the Ohio Senate race, Democrat Sherrod Brown raised $68,409,199.85 and has disbursed $63,956,396.53, leaving him with $4,452,803.32 on hand. Republican Jon Husted reported a smaller operation by comparison — $19,894,785.94 in receipts against $15,655,689.37 in spending, with $4,239,096.57 remaining in the bank. Both campaigns have burned through the large majority of what they've raised with the election days away.
North Carolina and New Hampshire Senate: Cooper and Pappas Filings
Democrat Roy Cooper, running in the North Carolina Senate race, reported $49,585,341.29 in total receipts, $40,496,481.72 in disbursements, and $9,088,859.57 cash on hand. In the New Hampshire Senate race, Democrat Chris Pappas raised $23,703,648.39 and spent $22,126,866.80, leaving just $1,984,365.82 on hand — the thinnest remaining cash position among the Senate filings in this set.
Maine and Michigan Senate: Collins and Rogers Report Low Reserves
In the Maine Senate race, Republican Susan Collins raised $22,465,217.83 and disbursed nearly all of it — $22,351,644.19 — leaving only $2,689,882.54 on hand. In the Michigan Senate race, Republican Mike Rogers reported $23,016,438.64 in receipts, $19,369,636.60 in disbursements, and $3,902,505.76 remaining.
New Jersey Senate: Booker Holds Cash Advantage
Democrat Cory Booker, in the New Jersey Senate race, raised $21,275,162.52 but has spent only $9,568,237.79, leaving $22,899,410.72 on hand — more cash than he raised this period and the largest reserve of any candidate in this filing set.
House Filings: Ocasio-Cortez and Johnson
In New York's 14th district, Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez reported $38,029,039.10 in total receipts against $24,188,385.41 in disbursements, leaving $17,575,300.57 on hand. In Louisiana, Republican Mike Johnson raised $24,583,416.13, spent $19,325,044.25, and retains $6,510,748.41 in cash. Both House filings show substantially smaller fundraising totals than the leading Senate campaigns in this round of reports.

What to Watch
6 governor races are rated Toss-up: Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
What to Watch Ahead of Election Day
With 10 days until polls close, attention turns to the Senate map, where eight contests — Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, South Carolina, and Texas — remain rated Toss-up. Movement in any of these in the campaign's final stretch, particularly in late-breaking surveys or fundraising disclosures, will shape whether control of the chamber stays genuinely contested through election night.
On the House side, watch clusters of competitive districts in Florida, where six seats carry a Toss-up rating, and in Colorado, Ohio, and Virginia, each with multiple contests unresolved. New York's four Toss-up districts and Texas's pair in the 23rd and 35th will also warrant close tracking as early and absentee returns start to signal turnout patterns.
Governor races in Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Vermont, and Wisconsin remain the marquee statewide contests to monitor, given their rating. Any additional polling or debate developments in these states over the next week could meaningfully sharpen — or complicate — the current picture before voters render final judgment on November 3.
