Ten gubernatorial contests carry competitive ratings heading into the cycle. Nevada is the lone toss-up, making it the highest-priority race on the board. A tier of "Lean" races follows: Florida, Georgia, Kansas, and Ohio lean Republican, while Iowa, New Mexico, and Oregon lean Democratic.
