New Hampshire's 1st District: A Cash Gap With Two Different Stories
The financial picture in New Hampshire's 1st Congressional District, rated Likely D, shows a wide gulf between the top fundraisers on each side. Democrat Maggie Goodlander has raised $4.16 million and holds $2.7 million on hand after spending just $1.51 million — a burn rate under 37% of receipts, leaving her the best-positioned candidate in the race by far.
Republican Anthony Dilorenzo presents the opposite profile: of $2.5 million raised, he has already spent $2.31 million, more than 92% of total receipts, leaving only $189,085 on hand. That pace suggests aggressive early spending with little reserve heading into the fall.
Democrat Stefany Shaheen, who spent $1.83 million of her $2.43 million raised (about 75%), also shows a leaner cushion, with $604,202 remaining. Republican Lily Tang Williams spent the least in dollar terms, $701,451 of $1.2 million raised, keeping $627,779 in reserve.
