Biography

Heath Howard is a Democratic politician currently serving in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford County District 4 since December 2022. He holds the position of Deputy Ranking Member of the Executive Departments and Administration committee. Howard is seeking election to the U.S. House of Representatives from New Hampshire's 1st Congressional District.
