# Joe Albright Joe Albright is a journalist and author with a distinguished career in print media, having worked as a reporter and executive for major publications including the Chicago Sun-Times, Newsday, and Cox Newspapers, where he covered national and international affairs and received multiple journalism awards. He has authored three books, including two co-written with fellow journalist Marcia Kunstel, and previously was married to Madeleine Albright, who served as U.S. Secretary of State. Albright is running as the Democratic challenger in Illinois's 16th Congressional District for the U.S. House of Representatives.
