Biography

Josh Williams is a Republican politician from Ohio who has served in the Ohio House of Representatives representing the 44th district since January 2023. He made history as the first Black Republican elected to the Ohio House in 50 years and as the first Black Majority Whip in Ohio's legislative history. Williams is seeking election to the U.S. House of Representatives in Ohio's 9th Congressional District.
