Biography

Charlotte O'Hara is a Republican candidate for Kansas Governor with a background in local government and business leadership. She previously served in the Kansas House of Representatives representing Johnson County's District 27 from 2011 to 2013 and most recently completed a term as a Johnson County commissioner from 2021 to 2025. O'Hara has also been involved with regional home builders associations and served as chairwoman of the Olathe Board of Code Review.
