Biography

Jennifer Konfrst is a Democratic politician from Iowa who has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2019, representing the 32nd district. She previously served as House minority leader from 2021 to 2025. Konfrst is seeking election to the U.S. House of Representatives in Iowa's 3rd Congressional District.
