Biography

Thomas Kean is a Republican seeking reelection to represent New Jersey's 7th congressional district in the U.S. House. He previously served as New Jersey's 48th governor from 1982 to 1990 and in the New Jersey General Assembly, and chaired the 9/11 Commission from 2002 to 2004. Kean has a background in both elected office and academic administration.
