Biography

Henry Cuellar is an attorney and longtime U.S. Representative from Texas's 28th congressional district, which he has represented since 2005. A member of the Democratic Party, his district extends from the Rio Grande Valley toward the suburbs of San Antonio. He is seeking reelection to his House seat.
