Biography

Seth Bodnar is an independent candidate for U.S. Senate from Montana who resigned as president of the University of Montana in January 2026 to pursue the race. He is a U.S. Military Academy graduate and Rhodes Scholar with military service experience, including an active commission in the Montana National Guard. Bodnar previously served as an academic administrator and business executive before his university leadership role.
