# Roger Marshall Roger Marshall is a physician and former military officer who has served as the junior United States senator from Kansas since 2021. Before his election to the Senate, he represented Kansas's 1st congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2017 to 2021, covering much of the state's western and northern rural regions. As the Republican incumbent, he is seeking reelection to the Senate.
