Michael Bouchard is an American law enforcement officer who has served as the sheriff of Oakland County, Michigan since 1999. He previously held elected office in the Michigan State Senate from 1991 to 1999, including a term as Senate Majority Leader, and was the Republican nominee for U.S. Senate in 2006. Bouchard is seeking the Republican nomination for Michigan's 10th Congressional District.
