Janet Mills is an American politician and lawyer currently serving as the 75th Governor of Maine, a position she has held since 2019. Previously, she served four nonconsecutive two-year terms as Maine Attorney General between 2009 and 2019. Mills is seeking the U.S. Senate seat as the Democratic challenger.
