Biography

Robin Kelly is a U.S. Representative from Illinois's 2nd congressional district, serving since 2013 after winning a special election. Previously, she served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2003 to 2007 and held positions as chief of staff to the Illinois State Treasurer and Cook County chief administrative officer. Kelly is seeking election to the U.S. Senate.
