Biography
Ralph Warren Norman Jr. is a Republican politician and real estate developer who has represented South Carolina's 5th congressional district in the U.S. House since 2017. Previously, he served in the South Carolina House of Representatives for the 48th district across two separate tenures between 2005 and 2017. His congressional district encompasses much of the South Carolina portion of the Charlotte metropolitan area along with portions of the state's Upstate and Midlands regions.
