Biography

Helena Foulkes is a businesswoman and Democratic candidate for Governor of Rhode Island. She previously served as chief executive officer of Hudson's Bay Company and held a marketing executive position at CVS Pharmacy. Foulkes ran for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination in 2022 and is seeking the party's nomination again in 2026.
