Biography

Lisa Demuth is a Republican politician from central Minnesota who has represented District 13A in the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2023. She currently serves as Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives, a position she assumed in 2025, and previously led the House Republican caucus and served as House Minority Leader. Demuth is seeking the Republican nomination for Governor of Minnesota.
