Joe Mitchell is a Republican politician from Iowa who was elected to the Iowa House of Representatives in 2018 at age 21, making him the youngest member ever elected to that chamber. He is a Drake University alumnus running as a challenger for Iowa's 2nd Congressional District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
