# Zoe Lofgren Zoe Lofgren is a lawyer and Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from California's 18th district, serving since 1994. She has held prominent committee assignments including long-term service on the House Judiciary Committee and chairmanship of the House Administration Committee during the 116th and 117th Congresses. Lofgren is seeking reelection as the incumbent representative for her district.
