# Robert Latta Robert Latta is the incumbent U.S. Representative for Ohio's 5th congressional district, a position he has held since 2007. Before his tenure in Congress, Latta served four terms in the Ohio House of Representatives. He currently represents a district that encompasses suburbs of Toledo as well as several northwest Ohio communities including Findlay, Bowling Green, and Defiance.
