Biography

John Barry Larson is a Democratic politician and businessman who has represented Connecticut's 1st congressional district in the U.S. House since 1999. The district encompasses Hartford, the state capital. Larson previously served as chair of the House Democratic Caucus during the 111th and 112th Congresses.
