Biography

Josh Gottheimer is a Democratic politician and attorney who has served as the U.S. representative for New Jersey's 5th congressional district since 2017. His district encompasses northern New Jersey, spanning from densely populated suburban areas in Bergen County to more rural territory in Passaic and Sussex Counties. He also works as a writer and public policy adviser.
