# Daniel Goldman Daniel Goldman is a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing New York's 10th congressional district, a position he has held since 2023. Previously, he served as senior counsel to House Democrats and worked as an assistant U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York. Goldman holds a law degree from Harvard Law School.
