Biography

Russell Fulcher is a businessman and Republican politician currently serving as the U.S. representative for Idaho's 1st congressional district, a position he has held since 2019. Prior to his election to Congress, he served in the Idaho State Senate representing the 21st and 22nd districts from 2005 to 2014.
