Biography

Andrew Scott Clyde is a Republican serving as the U.S. representative from Georgia's 9th congressional district, a position he has held since 2021. His district encompasses exurban and rural areas northeast of Atlanta, including Gainesville, Toccoa, Hartwell, and Dahlonega. Prior to his election to Congress, Clyde was a gun store owner.
