Biography

Joaquin Castro is a lawyer and Democratic politician who has represented Texas's 20th congressional district since 2013, which includes portions of his native San Antonio. He currently serves on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Castro is seeking reelection to his U.S. House seat.
