Biography

André Carson is a Democrat serving as the U.S. representative for Indiana's 7th congressional district, a position he has held since 2008. His district encompasses the northern portions of Indianapolis, including the downtown area. Since 2021, he has been the dean of Indiana's congressional delegation.
