Biography

Janelle Bynum is a Democrat representing Oregon's 5th congressional district in the U.S. House, a position she has held since 2025. She previously served in the Oregon House of Representatives for eight years, from 2017 to 2025. Bynum is also a businesswoman in addition to her political career.
