Biography

Andy Biggs is a lawyer and Republican politician who has represented Arizona's 5th congressional district in the U.S. House since 2017. Prior to his election to Congress, he served in the Arizona House of Representatives from 2003 to 2011 and the Arizona Senate from 2011 to 2017, including four years as Senate president. He served as chairman of the House Freedom Caucus from 2019 to 2022.
