Biography

Alma Adams is a Democrat representing North Carolina's 12th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. Before her election to Congress, Adams served in the North Carolina General Assembly, representing the state's 58th House district in Guilford County from 1994 onward. She is the incumbent candidate for her House seat.
