# Barbara Hall Barbara Hall is a Canadian-born lawyer who served as Mayor of Toronto from 1994 to 1997 and later as chief commissioner of the Ontario Human Rights Commission from 2005 to 2015. She is running as a Democratic challenger in Florida's 11th Congressional District for the U.S. House of Representatives.
