# Yevgeny Vindman Yevgeny Vindman is a U.S. representative for Virginia's 7th congressional district, serving since 2025. A retired U.S. Army officer and lawyer, he previously worked as a deputy legal advisor for the National Security Council before being reassigned in 2020. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
