Paul David Tonko is an American politician who has served as the U.S. representative for New York's 20th congressional district since 2013, following his representation of the 21st district from 2009 to 2013. His district includes all of Albany, Saratoga, and Schenectady Counties as well as part of Rensselaer County following the 2020 redistricting cycle. A member of the Democratic Party, Tonko is seeking reelection to his House seat.
