Biography

Lloyd Smucker is a Republican serving as the U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania's 11th congressional district, which includes Lancaster County and most of southern York County. He previously represented Pennsylvania's 16th district before the state's congressional boundaries were redrawn in 2018, and served in the Pennsylvania State Senate from 2009 to 2016.
