Biography

Jefferson Scott Shreve is a Republican politician and businessman currently serving as the U.S. representative from Indiana's 6th congressional district, a position he has held since 2025. Prior to his election to Congress, Shreve served on the Indianapolis City-County Council during two separate periods: from 2013 to 2016 and again from 2018 to 2020. He is seeking reelection to his House seat.
