Larry Rubin is a businessman and political activist based in Houston who is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. House District 38 in Texas. He serves as President and Chairman of the Board of The American Society and has been involved in organizing Republican expatriate communities. Rubin has resided in both Mexico and Houston throughout his career.
