# Harold Rogers Harold Rogers is a Republican U.S. Representative from Kentucky's 5th congressional district, where he has served since 1981. Before his election to Congress, Rogers practiced law in southeastern Kentucky and served in the Kentucky state legislature. He is currently seeking reelection to his House seat.
