Biography

Mike Quigley is a Democratic U.S. representative from Illinois's 5th congressional district, a position he has held since winning a special election in April 2009. Before his election to Congress, he served as a Cook County Board of Commissioners member representing Chicago's North Side neighborhoods and taught environmental policy and Chicago politics at Loyola University Chicago.
