Biography

Ralph Warren Norman Jr. is a Republican politician and real estate developer who has represented South Carolina's 5th congressional district in the U.S. House since 2017. His district encompasses much of the South Carolina side of the Charlotte metropolitan area, along with portions of the Upstate and Midlands regions. Norman previously served as a South Carolina state representative for the 48th district from 2005 to 2007 and again from 2009 to 2017.
