Biography

Troy Nehls is a Republican incumbent serving as the U.S. representative for Texas's 22nd congressional district since 2021. Prior to his election to Congress, Nehls served as sheriff of Fort Bend County, Texas from 2013 to 2021. He brings a background in law enforcement to his current role in the House.
