Biography

Joseph Neguse is a lawyer and Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Colorado's 2nd congressional district since 2019. His district encompasses northwest Colorado, including the Boulder, Fort Collins, and Longmont areas along with rural communities and mountain towns. Neguse previously served as a University of Colorado regent and currently holds the position of House assistant Democratic leader.
