Biography
Aisha Wahab is a California state senator representing the 10th district since 2022 and the first Muslim and Afghan American elected to the California State Senate. She previously served on the Hayward City Council from 2018 to 2022. Wahab is a member of the Democratic Party and is running for the U.S. House seat in California's 14th district.
