Biography

Gwen Moore has represented Wisconsin's 4th congressional district since 2005, serving a constituency based in Milwaukee and surrounding suburbs. She is the first African American elected to Congress from Wisconsin and previously served as caucus whip of the Congressional Black Caucus. Moore is seeking reelection to her U.S. House seat.
