Biography

Celeste Maloy is the U.S. representative for Utah's 2nd congressional district, a position she has held since 2023. Before her election to Congress, Maloy served as chief legal counsel to U.S. Representative Chris Stewart and as deputy county attorney for Washington County, Utah. Her professional background also includes work as a conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
