Biography

Dwight Evans is a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives serving Pennsylvania's 3rd congressional district since 2016. He previously represented the 203rd district in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for 35 years, from 1981 to 2016, and has a background in education. He is seeking reelection to his current House seat.
