Biography

Doug LaMalfa is a Republican businessman and politician representing California's 1st congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, a position he has held since 2013. His district encompasses nearly all of interior Northern California, including the cities of Chico, Redding, and Susanville. LaMalfa's background combines business experience with legislative service in Congress.
