Biography

Robin Kelly has served as the U.S. representative from Illinois's 2nd congressional district since 2013, following her victory in a special election. Prior to her election to Congress, Kelly held several positions in Illinois state government, including service in the Illinois House of Representatives from 2003 to 2007, as chief of staff to the State Treasurer, and as Cook County chief administrative officer.
