# Paul Dans Paul Edouard Dans is a Republican lawyer and political operative seeking U.S. Senate in South Carolina. He served as Chief of Staff to the Office of Personnel Management during President Trump's first administration and currently leads Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation's initiative focused on federal policy implementation for a future conservative administration. Prior to his work in government, Dans practiced law.
